Notes from Viticulturist
A highly requested grape from fellow winemakers in the Columbia Gorge and Willamette Valley, Cabernet Franc is an interesting cultivar as it is not as well known as some of its cousins, yet our climate in the Dalles yields ideal growing conditions for it.
This medium to warm season cultivar can be a varietal or a blend, making it super versatile.
